Kia ora bloggers, in week 8-9 there have been swimming lessons which have changed the times apart for maths, etc. we have to blog one task we did in the 2 weeks and I chose to do my space shooter game. I hope you enjoy.

Spanish reflection

Kia ora bloggers, in week 8-9 we have been learning Spanish with Mrs. Davies, we were learning: how to count to 10, colors like Azul which is blue, Rosa is oink and many more, it was so fun learning Spanish, one of the tasks was to make an animation of 2 characters greeting each other using Spanish, here it is.

Bonjour my fellow bloggers, in term 4 for inquiry we are learning about the art and culture in different country's Mr. Shaw my teacher has chosen japan and we have made a slide about the art and culture of japan, Me, Jordan, Lachlan and Max worked on this slide and we hope you enjoy it. also if there are any words you don't understand comment them and I will add them to the glossary!

Asttele practice

kia ora my fellow bloggers, in week 2 in writing we had a practice for an eastlle writing test in week 4, I think that my writing came out amazing and was really well done. here it is!

The swishing and swaying of the trees and the satisfying crunch of the beautiful golden autumn leaves under your feet, 

“man this is a wonderful day to take a lovely walk and forget about all the problems and just relax” 

says Chris. As he gets deeper into the thick oak tree woods he starts to hear down below 

“hmm where can these voices come from?” 

he asked to himself and as he got closer to a totally normal bush they start to get louder and deeper and the smell and the sound off pickaxes smashing against solid rock, he decides to investigate this certain bush, as he lifted up some leaves he discovers a hole and in it looks to be a GOLD MINE! In the time of a MASSIVE gold rush. He chose to go down and have a look and what does he see? AN ACTIVE GOLD MINE! He was stunned but as he looked around he was startled to see a massive man with a mining helmet and covered in dust 

“What are you doing here!” he yelled furiously 

“Uhm Uhm I just heard voices in the woods and Uhm I looked under a bush and saw a hole and chose to Uhm come in” 

he said nervously

“Ok that’s fine also we really need some more people to help mine and I think you might be perfect!” 

“Yeah sure”

“Ok I will go and get you a helmet, some clothes and a pickaxe then I will give you a quick run around to show you where everything is and then you can start working here if you would like to”

“Why not” 

Chris said

“My name is Jake pleasure to meet you

When Jake got Back he handed him Chris’s gear and he got all set and started mining since this was his first-ever time mining Jake helped Chris out and you would never believe what they found… A RIDICULOUSLY BIG CHUNK OF GOLD WORTH OVER 15 MILLION DOLLARS! They were super happy and couldn't believe it after they had got it out they decided to take it back to Jake's house and to discuss what they should do with it. In the end, they decided to sell it a movie company in there hope that they could star in a movie! 

“oh my god we are in a MOVIE!” said Jake

“How did a lovely afternoon stroll end up to making me star in a movie! 

They were jumping in joy, so it’s true he thought, it's really true.
